For the next two days the IU Data to Insight Center is hosting the SEAD All Hands Meeting at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. At the meeting we will be discussing SEAD 2.0 release and futures for our data management and curation software services platform.
This week I am at the 98th Annual ESA Conference in Minneapolis, MN. We are having a panel discussion on all of the current NSF DataNet Projects tonight 08.06.13, DataOne, TerraPop, SEAD, and DFC. They are a bit extreme at this event – they have programming until 10pm at night. Our talk is in a session called DataNet: Demonstrations of Data Discovery, Access, and Sharing Tools.
