IU Libraries Celebrates Open Access Week
Everyone in the IU Libraries Scholarly Communications Department is very excited about all of our events happening next week to celebrate International Open Access Week (Oct 23-29, 2017).
We have a new press release (https://libraries.indiana.edu/iu-libraries-celebrates-open-access-week-2017) on the events and our workshops are listed below:
- The Office of Scholarly Publishing, along with the Scholarly Communication Department and the Teaching and Learning Department, will feature several events during the week aimed at faculty, postdocs, graduate and undergraduate students.
- Workshop: What Does Google Tell the World About You? October 24, 3-4pm, Wells Library W138 (Learning Commons classroom)
- Workshop: Predatory Publishers, Open Scholarship, and Your Research! October 25, 2-3pm, Wells Library E159 (Hazelbaker Hall)
- Workshop: How Does Scholarly Peer-Review for Publication Work? An Introduction for Journals and Books October 26, 1:30-2:30pm, Wells Library E159 (Hazelbaker Hall)
